As the Director for WIK, a German-owned mechatronic design and manufacturing solution provider, I head its largest manufacturing site in the Far East, with 4 profit centres and a design office, with approximately $220m USD in sales and 3% profit. I authorize P&L, design & development, NPI, engineering, QA, supply chains, finance and sustainability.

Now working in Hong Kong, I directed the regional operations of a world-class Swiss company manufacturing engineered materials and applications systems for bonding, coating sealing and damping; worth 135m CHF in sales and 28m CHF profit after tax. These operations employed 550 personnel across 7 production units and a design office: I headed key business operations, supply chain, quality assurance, business development, sales, finance, engineering and new product launches.

At Dyson, I held executive authority over three sites in Singapore and Malaysia, with a staff count of 1000, overseeing an operations budget of £27m and spending worth £500m. My diverse portfolio including operations planning, new product implementation, liaison with local authorities, QA, cost management and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

I headed regional operations firstly in Johor and then in Penang, covering all aspects of a fully vertically integrated mechatronics business comprising 3 production units and a design office with 1,200 staff with roughly $110m USD in sales. My duties were as per previous entry.

Drove state-of-the-art R&D and manufacturing technology innovation for medical division of precision manufacturer; major clients included Johnson & Johnson and Stryker. Built powerhouse team from 5 to 20 staff. Established and seamlessly managed organisation-wide transition to DFSS and 6 Sigma principles.

Directed multinational development of cardiology and peripheral products across USA, FR & CH including managing product portfolio. Maximised and maintained optimal alignment of team goals with company vision, strategies, and objectives. Instrumental in successful development of Flash® PTCA- and Rider® PTA catheter by leading global product testing and clinical trials. Orchestrated seamless relocation of diagnostic and dilatation catheter technology R&D and manufacturing processes from New Jersey to Florida.
