ZITYZEN is a local review and search website for restaurants, cafes, and bars which seeks to inform and inspire consumers. ZiTYZEN is targeting the Danish market and has ~100.000 unique visitors per month. With ZiTYZEN I have gained experience with the idea to realization of a product and a business.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing dashboards with key performance indicators for product and service quality. Co-managed the implementation of a Field Service Management System (ServiceMax). Which included process design, specification development based on various user groups, coordination between cross functional and cross level team members including consultant Driving improvements of the new product development process, mainly focused on the manufacturing related items.

I studied the supply chain of the wireless electronic testing market, and LitePoints position within it. This included looking into the different customer segments (e.g. chipset designers, design companies, and original design manufacturer) and the competitors. It also included analyzing how the organization was set up to deliver the value proposition. I created business cases for new products and conducted market research for existing products.
