The label was stocked by companies such as above mentioned Daniel Hechter, Drykorn, Malaika Raiss, and the likes of Maison Pere, Frisur, as well as in numerous smaller independent boutiques across UK, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.

* Launched Greta Pollman - RTW Women Apparel; created a comprehensive and cost effective branding strategy, including: design, manufacturing, PR, online marketing and social media tools. * Designed concepts and garments depending on seasons and client base, including those who wanted patent designs to represent a statement or a celebrity. * Developed a distribution network of domestic retail stores and increased online presence on various popular ecommerce sites as Etsy.com

*Elaboration of detailed tech packs with regards to product / styling including measurement rectification of the models up to the production of the first prototype.Approve Lab Dips and Print Strike Offs. * Working and communicating with overseas suppliers in the far east (China, Hong Kong). * Liaising with sales agents from stores such as Peek and Cloppenburg (Womens & Menswear), SportScheck (W&M), Zalando (W&M eShop).

* Create fashion design concepts for outdoor, fitness, swimwear and intimate apparel for the Women’s, Men’s and children categories. * Responsible to sourcing of fabrics, trims, embroideries and accessories by attending trade shows(Interfiliere, Lyon, Ispo, München). * Handled all 8 store outlets and coordinated with store managers to ensure that each store has effective branding and promotional thematic strategies in place.

* Applying a practical knowledge of a range of wools, yarns and other materials in producing specific designs and products. * Responsible for the correct execution of styles through: sample review, fit, lab dip/strike off and fabric approvals. * Planning out marketing strategies for new fashion products to be launched in the market. * Supervising the machine department, ensuring that all the machines are in working condition and have been regularly serviced.
