Planning all the activities on kitchen floor based on daily menu to ensure on time packing of meal and thus delivery. Incharge of workers associated with packaging, cleaning and delivery. Handled inventory by maintaining records of the items and placing orders when required.

Worked at Quality Control Department as an assistant to gain experience in the food industry. My work involved Primary Analysis of raw material and Secondary Analysis of finished products in laboratory. I was also involved in the sensory testing as well.
