Working as Engineer in E-Axle development project My responsibilities include: • Component responsibility (BTV) in e-Axle including all development activities from concept to series design • Ensuring functional requirements for components and finding hidden risks in component specification with DRBFM • Supplier discussion for parts • Contributing to design reviews, DFMEA • Releasing the BOM, design documents, and CAD files in SAP and PLM

Projektingenieur in the Engine cooling fan drive development team in the automobile industry Responsibilities: • Maintain engineering documents like DFMEA, Design Guidelines Document • Technical project management topics like Design, Validation, sample built-up, design release, sample built-up, and validation • Regular meetings with cross-functional teams to track the development activities • Presenting product concepts to the management and customers in the early acquisition phase.

Konstrukteur in Engine cooling fan drive development in automotive industry. Responsibilities: • Developing concepts in CAD (Catia V5) , planning validation for the design as per the VDA and customer standards. • Benchmarking the internal and competitor products for new and competitive ideas • Coordinating prototypes for testing the design and further optimizing the design. • Creating MBOM for the product and maintaining the same in SAP system • Handling engineering change management process

My Responsibilities: • To create 3D CAD model (Catia V5) for analysis. • FE-modeling of the complete product, connections. • Applying BC’s as per project requirement and load case set up. • To perform structural and modal analysis Ansys Workbench 17. • Responsible for the analysis outputs (reports, emails etc) of design
