Inventory management, budget monitoring and maintenance planning through system application and products (SAP) . Testing and maintenance of installed equipments such as transformer, reactors, circuit breakers etc. Implementation of integrated management system and 5S. Lean six sigma

*Planning and scheduling of maintenance activities of 400 kV D/C transmission line. *To analyse tripping and plan for restoration activities to minimize downtime. *To ensure safe start-up and shutdown of transmission network. *Coordinate with government entities to facilitate shutdown for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.

*Planning, foundation, erection, stringing and commissioning work of 400 KV double circuit and 765 KV single circuit transmission line. and power line crossing for 220KV/400KV line. *Liasoning work with Government bodies and other related firms for Right of Way (ROW) works. *Coordination with government bodies and engineering team for getting approval for power line and railways line crossing *Discussion with higher management regarding project status, open points, risk and opportunities.
