Structural stress analysis to support NPI and Research & Technology Programs on Aero-Engine components and Primary Aircraft Structure. Area of Experience: Primary Landing Gear System, Metallic-Composite Fan Blade, Containment Case, OGV, Open Rotor Blades and Rotor Disc. Activities includes: FEM development, conduct non-linear static analysis, Frequency analysis, Bird Impact, Fan Blade out, Fatigue & Damage tolerance calculation.

Responsible to conduct structural analysis to support the engine development. Key activities • Finite element model development for rotor disk. • Thermo-mechanical elastic-plastic stress analysis on LPC,HPC,LPT and HPT rotor disk assembly to address. -Structural integrity at overspeed conditions. - Analytical burst speed calculation and residual growth analysis. - Instrumentation analysis to facilitate spin pit testing of hardware. - Technical document of the analysis results.
