Was responsible for budget and technology infrastructure at multiple sites: Langston, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. Key Achievement(s): • Successfully managed IT component for certification with the North Central Higher Learning Commission.

Served as first Product Manager for Global Data Collection with DNB Sales & Marketing Solutions. Launched new products: Corporate Family Tree Plus & Customer Defection Alert. Was responsible for global flagship products for North America, Asia Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LATAM), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA): WorldBase Online (WBO), D-U-N-S Decision Maker (DDM), Executive Home Address (EHA), Global Standard Record Layout (GSRL) & E-Contacts.

• Entrepreneur: Founded GBC® (www.gbc-inc.net) to provide cost-effective IT services to small and medium businesses. Created company’s mission, “Go-to-Market” strategy & roadmap. Established Lines of Service (LoS). Incorporated in Delaware, GBC® operates in Kenya, Liberia, Uganda & USA. Used SWOT analysis (culture, economy, competition, technical ability, sources of funding, demographics, etc) to develop Leadership Dashboard. Managed resource provisioning & daily operations (P&L).

Successfully managed high-impact, IT, EDP, MIS, mission critical projects with an “out-of-the box” approach. Executed ''end-to-end'' global program/project management operations (GPMO) from Value Statement Creation to Business Case Development, Statement of Work (SOW) Development and full cycle deployment in: Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Scotland, Singapore, Taiwan, The Netherlands & The United States.
