As a Working Student - IT Support at CMS, one of the leading international law firms, I gained valuable experience in modern desktop management, Azure, Microsoft Intune, hardware support, software deployment, network troubleshooting, and the Jira ticketing system. I deployed, configured, and maintained end devices and Windows servers, managed permissions and user accounts, and documented internal IT processes. I also used PowerShell scripting to automate bulk user creation and applied Mobile Application Management and Mobile Device Management policies to secure data and provide remote support for diverse platforms. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in High Integrity Systems at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, where I am learning about the design, development, and verification of safety-critical and secure software systems. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Gujarat Technological University.
