I work for an outstanding international semiconductor company in Hamburg as an IT Service & Process Manager for the Trust Provisioning Organization. In my current role, I am honing my skills in IT Service Delivery Excellence, IT Service Management, IT Service Demand, Process Optimisation and related areas. I am already certified in the ITIL v4 framework and have led various IT projects as an IT Project Manager, overseeing their optimization. I have also led teams as a Scrum Master and obtained certification as a Product Owner. I take pride in possessing a holistic understanding of business dynamics, achieved through my completion of the Power MBA program.
