    In this assignment I was Chief Operating Officer of Eterna, which is specialised in manufacturing, sourcing and selling its premium Shirts and Blouses Brands. Main activities were upgrading Eterna‘s logistics, setting up a new sourcing blueprint by building up strategic partnerships with new suppliers, consolidating the portfolio of existing ones as well as automising its own production plant. We were launching several digitisation projects with the aim to reduce lead time and increase visibility.
