Establishment of the Germany Business Near Center that offers test environment (TE) and IT services for trial, test and demo to Ericsson customers.o Implementation of Ericsson key strategies to meet the customer needs at optimal cost and to drive the integration of the different locations.

Responsible for the implementation and management of the development projects of the PDU. Main project during this period was the development and integration project BT21C for British Telecom. Budget and financial planning and follow-up for the PDU. Ramp down of the budget run rate of the PDU as preparation of the transfer for from R&D into Services.

Harmonization of OSS interfaces of the core network nodes and development of new product ideas for the core network OSS

Responsible for the complete product life cycles from product management through development and support. Development of Ericsson WebOnAir Filter Proxy, which was presented at the CeBIT 2000 as Ericsson’s first Mobile Internet product and which was delivered to 20 customers worldwide. Establishment of the Solution Center for application development and application integration for the German market. Transfer of operations to Sweden and closure of the organization.

Line manager for Telecom Management and Operations Support design. Closure and transfer of TMOS activities at the site and transfer of product development to India.
