Major Achievements : • Definition of the Optical Transport Converged Architecture. • Roll-Out of WDM-NG Core systems delivering 100Gbs coherent/ROADM/OTN up to data technologies in support of IP/Wholesale/Cloud services. • Definition of the Synchronization target architecture addressing legacy base refresh and evolution towards PTP and SyncE systems. • Rationalization of legacy networks (end of life management, network decrease)

My role was to drive cross-functional studies in order to draw, in close coordination with Engineering teams, the target architecture and identify the best path towards it, taking into account field constraints, budget, etc… Achievement/ongoing studies: Green for ICT: Network Energy Efficiency program; Core IP/Optical 100G evolution; DSL/FTTx access evolution; Mobile Backhaul evolution, Network security reference plan.

Senior Manager, Transport Network Department, SFR, ( VF group), France Head of Transport Architecture and Technology Department (10-15 people). In charge of defining solutions to support the mobile broadband development and the IP transformation of the Network. Strong focus on Opex reduction. My area of responsibilities ran from the access towards the core and addresses various transport systems: Microwave, Optical, ATM and IP.
