I am currently General Manager for Temple-Inland's Edinburg Boxplant in the International Group. I am responsible for the Manufacturing Plant in Edinburg, Texas and two Maquiladora Distribution Centers in Reynosa and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Temple-Inland was ranked as the most admired Corrugated Manufacturer in Forbes Magazine for 2006 and 2007. Temple-Inland is a $4 Billion Leader in the Packaging Industry.

While running the Corrugated Division as General Manager, I was chosen by the CEO to assume additional responsibility and turn around the performance of the struggling Folding Carton Division in September 2004. At Gaylord Container we implemented a Deming Quality Transformation that made us the runner up for the Governors Quality Award for the state of Arizona, “The Pioneer Award”. We were against competition such as GE, Boeing, Allied Signal, Motorola and Honeywell.
