Über mich
I am a serial pharmaceutical entrepreneur from Jordan with 22 years of experience, counting two exits through trade sales, and a Frankfurt School of Finance and Management 2020 EMBA graduate. My career in the pharmaceutical industry began in 2007 when I founded MED-PRODUCTS GMBH in Frankfurt, Germany and Mera Pharma GmbH in Zug, Switzerland until December 2015 when I exited the two companies through trade-sales. In 2016, I acquired CEDEM AG, a new nutraceutical venture in Switzerland, and I have been its CEO ever since. Some of my foremost strengths lie in my expertise in the concepts of licensing, MAH and RA in Europe and MENA regions. One of my key accomplishments is introducing private labeling in MENA, where I managed to create several new brands owned by big distributors and wholesalers in the region, in addition to creating new job opportunities in this industry.

I founded CEDEM AG in Zurich, Switzerland in 2016 after accumulating 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. I created a product portfolio of OTC nutraceutical and medicinal products that are tailor-made to MENA and emerging markets of China and Vietnam. We built trust with key clients and suppliers and acted as a point of contact for important stakeholders.

I founded MERA Pharma in 2011 in Zug, Switzerland and led the company as its Managing Director. We managed to reach our vision and goal to create our own quality pharmaceutical brands and build our company’s brand value. We also managed to build strategic alliances with EU companies and by the end of 2015, I sold the company to an investor from the Middle East.

I founded MED-PRODUCTS in 2007 in Frankfurt, Germany, and led the company as its Managing director. Initially, MED-PRODUCTS was a trading company of pharmaceutical and medicinal products. In 2011, however, I changed the direction of the company so that MED-PRODUCTS produces its own medical consumable brand. At the end of 2015, I sold the company.
