• Prepare Functional specification solutions for reports and custom developments & providing end user support • Coordinate global support to European counterpart (Germany/Swiss) to analyzing requirements, creating test scenarios, writing test cases • Training for key and end users on SAP functionalities and navigation. • Configuration of logistics execution, Sales, delivery and billing documents, pricing. • Base configuration for required changes
