In the current role, I am working as a lead Architect on the redesigning of datacenter along with architecting the hybrid cloud environment for a large multinational organization based in United Kingdom. Further to this I also take responsibility of Technical project Management and steering committee reporting on the large project.

In this role my responsible include developing datacenter and infrastructure architectures, strategies and designs, product and technology selection, asset, problem, change and capacity management along with leading the support of Global Datacenters.

Responsible for providing the technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from strategic recommendations down to the project planning and implementation along with leading AD, Exchange, Storage COE and provide support on escalated issues.

Lead a team of 40 engineers for setting up a new Global Delivery center as part of follow the sun support organization set up for the support and asministration of AD, Exchange, Web applications, ERP and Global DC’s.

Responsible for assessment of existing domain and design the to be Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange architectural model. Advocacy of new architecture within the organization for smooth roll out. Lead the project from overall implementation perspective and migration of mailboxes from multiple messaging environment to Microsoft Exchange.

Leading the engineering support team for administration and support of AD, DNS, DHCP, Identity Management, Exchange, Router, Firewall and play the role of SME for AD, Exchange, DNS, Linux and AD Federation.

Providing L3 level support on Exchange, Active Directory, Enterprise Vault, and Identity Management for Hewlett Packard North America support and BMW EMEA support

Day to day maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, MS Exchange, Cisco catalyst switches, Routers, Firewall, Proxy Servers, and Veritas Netbackup and providing end user support from servers and mobile device perspective.

Responsible for Installation and configuration of Multi forest and multi organization Active Directory , Exchange and Cisco Routing and Switching lab setup for providing the fast track training and process orientation to the newly joined engineers.
