I am a Recruitment Consultant supporting Renewable Energy Clients and Managers across the UK and Mainland Europe with their Construction, Engineering, Technical and Marine requirements. I provide contractors to Onshore and Offshore projects within the Renewable Energy (Wind, Tidal, Wave, and Hydro) sectors through multi-year framework agreements with leading Operators and major suppliers.

Since October 2011, I have been a Delivery Executive where I am resourcing candidates across Europe, Asia, Australasia, for Engineering, Renewable Energy and Oil &Gas opportunities. I network, discuss opportunities, arrange interviews, complete successful placements, and complete after care each month.

My hard work and leadership skills were recognised quickly; I was appointed Head of Marine Mammals and Head of Fisheries Departments both for 5 months. I had a close working relationship with the local stakeholders in the fishing industry, and as such I had to pitch ideas to them about sustainable fishing practices, as well as reporting on the progress of a local artificial reef project proposal to experts, researchers and locals.
