 Working with Senior Management on building IT strategy, planning and budgeting for migration projects  Managing External Vendors like Transporeon and Swayam for project delivery and cost management  Leading cross-functional, cross-application test activities for global interface changes  Actively involved in approval management like OTM solution design , BRS and TDA approvals  Leading Test team of 4 members based in Chennai

 Single point of Contact between the end users and consulting partners for enhancements in OTM  Recommending Business process enhancement, suggesting improvement in OTM solutions  Conducting internal user training programs to ensure reduction in operational issues and increase user experience  Established ticket management process for streamlining issue monitoring, logging process by engaging responsible teams

 Managing Customers like General Electric , Genpak , Allana sons by acting as offshore lead based in India  Lead team of 6 consultants while managing customer delivery , agreeing SLA’s with customers  Handling customer escalation and conducting lesson learnt sessions with team  Presenting weekly , monthly targets achieved to the customer along with Senior Management  Involved in significant migration projects , releases for OTM customers at onsite locations

 Lead a team 20-25 super users responsible for OTM enhancements / troubleshooting in specific regions spread across India  Suggesting cost reduction initiatives using ERP systems such as OTM and SAP  Setup, maintenance and enhancement of DIESL’s OTM application  Leading team (Internal and External) responsible for PAN India Roll out of OTM  Negotiating on effort estimates with Technical partners

 Responsible for revenue generation to the tune of 10 Million (INR) quarterly  Establish a customer focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and measurement tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and growth.  Supervise a consistent growth in revenue from the chosen set of customers  Retention of customers and increase in volume of business by finding opportunities for trading in different line of business

 Active member of significant projects like Pincode Mapping and Network Planning to increase operational efficiency and decrease revenue leakage  Measuring SLA’s of service providers and presenting to senior management for analysis and decision making  Overseeing the logistic functions and negotiating with transporters for cost effective transport solutions and clearances  Member of Internal Audit Team
