I have finished my professional high school for IT but most of my experiences are connected with customer care and customer representative in financial markets, cryptocurrency, and the tourism industry. I was the best-ranked employee in my previous experience because doing something I love isn't my job, it is a way to live. Besides Albanian which is my mother language, I am fluent on speaking and writing in English and I am still in progress with my German language(level A2).
