China is one of the fastest changing for the automotive interest. Within "China Requirements" the MB-company aims at optimizing their local vehicles crossfunctionally for the Chinese market and its customers. Including all customer-relevant divisons within and before the development process, our team combines all market knowledge jointly with all repsective departments and defines clear erquirements on vehicle and component level to be integrated into the vehicles within its respective development circle

International Projectmanagement with the target of optimizing the cost position for future carlines in China, by optimizing the adpation of requirements to the local market needs. The project included internal and external workshops, a detailed and profound project reporting to the executive level locally and globally as well as the creation of a future database to ensure the proper implementation of generated ideas. Purchasing and projects management support for the production and localization of Mercedes-Benz HVAC units in Europe, USA, South Africa and China
