Self improvement of my user support skills, focusing a better understanding of Windows Server, Hyper-V and Active Directory used by companies. I created multiple 2012 r2 servers, with different virtualization (VirtualBox, VmWare, Hyper-V), and connecting Physical and Virtual computers. With this project, I am always in contact with the most actual technologies always focusing the improvement of my skills for new user support projects that are to come.

My work on this company consisted on analyze the IT skills of every job candidate, checking if their skills where compliant to certain job requirements, and also to translate the IT terms for a language that would be better to provide an easy understanding for all filed managers.

Webdesigner - I opened a company to make professional media, films and photography for already existent companies. I was also offering the development of websites, or advising the costumers on the choice of a web maker provider as 1&1 to build their website and I would be in this case, just responsible for the media production as photos, films and multi-language texts. Languages offered were - English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian.

With no experience with the German Language, my first job in Munich was as salesman on Hard Rock Café. Best salesman during 6 months in a roll, hard-rock-café Munich record of sale. The only staff that was able to sell 12 all access cards in one day (eight hours work). 1 - Training of colleagues to increase sales revenues with Implementation of new sales technics. 2 - I also Identified and found a solution for a financial gap on the system used on all Hard Rock Café's.

International superintendence of Itaú Bank - System analyst for supporting users of the image system. This project consisted on give general IT support for all users on the image system of transfer of document images to be used on banking transactions. With this system, the costumers of the Itaú bank were able to make business transactions without the need to send their original documentation. The support consisted on system knowhow and also system improvement.

Y2k compliance project. This project consisted on finding two digits year dates on system for the year 2000.

Support for the development of in-house softwares for the Itaú Bank S/A. Support of DB2 - Data base relational IBM. IMS database support - Creation of DBD's and PSB's - Allocation of cylinders for analysts and applications - Responsible of the DATA MANAGER compliance items-Alias. Direct accessor of the superintendent.
