Responsible for devices and processes in an GMP based environment of the Fill and Finish department (Viral Vector Processing-Development & Production) inclusive of planning, supporting in qualification of process. Department specific documentation, analysis and result presentation. Planning and organization of Media Fills. Establishing and supervising visual inspection and its respective documentation in collaboration with the QC department. Working in collaboration with the USP, DSP and QC departments.

I was responsible for planning and organization of the Media Fill (MF) process, process qualification and validation. Handling and preparation of deviations, risk analysis, CAPAs, Change Control and Temporary Change Control. Experience with technologies in filling and formulation department like isolators, Restricted Access Barrier System (RABs) and freeze drying technology. I was involved in training of production staff and responsible for training protocols.

I was working in the viral vaccination development and production department. It included utilizing both upstream and downstream processes followed by implementation of formulation techniques to develop sterile drug substances as the goal end product in a GMP guidelines based work environment.

Experimental comparison of fed batch and perfusion fed batch fermentations by intracellular and extracellular products using the enzymes asparaginase using E.Coli & levansucrase using B. megaterium in various scale-up setups.

’Production of secreted levansucrase with Bacillus subtilis strains ’. ‘Structural information of salt stressed responsive protein in rice-an in-silico approach’, in order to predict the 3D structure of transporter proteins in rice and the higher plants through homology modelling method by using bioinformatics tools for protein structure prediction.
