I worked to redesign the name, function, look and feel of the company and products by working with creative designers, brand identity and PR professionals. I created a new product reseller division, new categories, business and strategic partnerships and product alignment in areas of computer peripherals, consumer electronics, online, and other relevant branding initiatives in and outside of the existing industry channels. I coordinated and managed all product development, engineering and testing.

In this position, I was responsible to build a Global team for the rapid support of our various OEM customers with their worldwide business and development facilities. In this task, a new structure had been formed by my leadership team and I where we investigate the specific needs of each of our customers and design a plan of support that fits their needs and requirements. This allowed us to staff accordingly in each region as needed and enhance our customers satisfaction with our products and services.

My Responsibilities were to manage development teams and product management teams in order to deliver the product on time, in budget, in the best level of quality and in the scope discussed and finalized by executive management. Ensuring that consumer and customer requests were met in the form of development and issue resolution were my responsibility. Provide IT support to all developers and staff. Qualify, deploy and support all standard and customized software solutions for NET database translators. Provide design and testing development support for CAM CAD for 3D ECAD software solutions supporting Pro-E and Solidworks. Provide Customer engineering support and determine scope of customization requirements from customers on the phone and on-site.
