P&L responsibility for Valmet Automotive’s convertible roof system supplier business with plants in Osnabrück, Germany and Zary, Poland as well as engineering units in Osnabrück and Shanghai, China. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Main task restructuring and turnaround of distressed businesses. Lead negotiator towards German automotive OEM's as well as employee representatives and German labor union IG-Metall. Revenue 150 million euro, headcount 800.

Responsible for Valmet Automotive’s three business lines Roof Systems, Engineering Services and Manufacturing Services as well as functions Quality and Supply Chain Management with plants in Finland, Germany and Poland. Main task was to restructure the company's German operations. Overall headcount in operations organization around 1500, P&L responsibility of 200 million euro business.

Setting up a new profit center responsible for overall customer accounts – from sales through product development to serial production. Successfully lead contract negotiations with Daimler AG for significant Mercedes A Class manufacturing contract. Lead business manager from sales initiation to end of business with Russian OEM Marussia Motors. Main troubleshooter for customer accounts Electric Mobility Automotive AG, Garia A/S.

Responsible for all serial car production at the Uusikaupunki plant. Cars manufactured were Porsche Cayman, Think City electrical vehicle and Garia electrical luxury golf car.

Developed and lead Metso Paper’s capital project execution of paper, tissue and fiber machinery line deliveries in China.

Responsible for project execution operations and financial results of all projects in Turku business unit. Project portfolio approx. 60 mio. €.

Responsible for the financial results, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery and other contractual obligations of paper machine ventilation equipment and services delivery projects working directly in the customer interface. Projects delivered to customers in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Austria, China, South Korea, Indonesia and Colombia.
