Responsible for instrumentation and data acquisition for out-of-balance testing (HCF analysis). Functional instruction and supervision of instrumentation technicians and mechanics.

Numerical stress, vibration and fatigue analysis of EBU hydraulics and sensor system tubing for the 777X program. Successful teamwork with responsible design engineers to optimize overall system behavior including presentation of solutions to technical program leadership.

Calibration of a two-phase-flow measurement device for wind tunnel application and development of an analysis software for quantitative assessment. Definition, preparation and execution of aerodynamic testing (cw, pressure distribution) and soiling experiments in wind tunnel and on test track.

In charge of specification creation and implementation coordination for a development engine project management process within experimental engineering division. Project addresses cost reduction and communication improvement between development engineers and fitters of development build shop.
