In my current role I am driving the introduction of I&A capabilities into eircom. This includes solutions for deep dive & predictive analytics, campaign management and customer next best action/real time decisioning. I also have significant involvement in our data warehousing activities as this is a key dependency for the solutions mentioned above.

eircom is Ireland’s largest telecommunications company. Here I have led the design and supported the implementation of a number of enterprise level IT solutions.

Irish Broadband is a national telecommunications company. In this role I managed the development and delivery of IT system solutions from requirements capture through scoping, design and implementation. I was responsible for direct reports, contractors and system vendors and worked with these resources to deliver solutions.

Version 1 Software is an established IT services company providing software, training and consultancy to both the government and private sectors in Ireland and the UK.

Avatar is an IT services company that I co-founded in the year 2000. I worked on the sale, specification, development, installation and support of a number of IT projects for business.
