Product development of mixed-signal integrated circuits (Application Specific Standard Products ASSPs) for automotive applications, such as Power Management, Functional safety, and LED lighting

Management of an automotive development group consisting of design, layout, product, test and application engineers. Responsible for the development of mixed-signal Application Specific Integrated Circuits, ASICs, for automotive smart-power, functional safety (ISO26262) and sensor applications (per AEC-Q100). New project acquisition through close interaction with automotive customers worldwide marketing and sales. Project feasibility assessment, cost estimate, risk analysis, schedule and resource planning

Management of a marketing and systems engineering team. Responsible for product strategy, roadmap and definition of products for GSM/UMTS/CDMA2000 base station transmit and receive solutions

Design of analog ICs such as analog-to-digital converters for video and CD-ROM applications
