Über mich
My name is Robin Beckenbach, and I'm finishing my BSc in Statistics and my MSc in Psychology in February. In my Bachelor thesis, I predicted the personality of individuals in a twitter data set from Kaggle using Natural Language Processing. In my Statistics degree I gained profound skills in predictive modeling with different kinds of regression analysis and learned to check prediction accuracy using Cross-Validation. I worked on projects where I forecasted and evaluated horse bets, real property prices and health stati. I used Time Series Analysis to predict stock market development. Using R and Python languages, I simulated the spread of coronavirus depending on parameters which can be varied for the purpose of exploratory.
