Über mich
I am amazed by complex systems. Hence I studied biological systems and enjoyed decoding their inner workings. In doing so, I experienced that the success of such efforts relies on proper identification of and focus on the fundamental properties of the system at hand. My extensive knowledge of biological mechanisms on one hand and my versatile experience with theoretical concepts and methodology from statistics, network theory, stochastic modeling and more allowed me to solve problems and answer questions strategically and efficiently. Until now, I applied my skills successfully mainly in the context of biomedical research. Nevertheless, I am open to venture into new fields and tackle complexity in other areas.
