• Develops new accounts and monitors current sales/operations of New Caledonia accounts through onsite trade visits in Noumea, New Caledonia. • Oversees total export operations from the Australian side by consolidating worldwide orders into a FAK container every ten days • In charge of carrying out all air freight operations from Australian cities to Noumea, New Caledonia

In charge of the implementation of a “Fixed asset” solution for Monaco Telecom. • Created an extensive system documentation to indicate the complete range of clients’ requirements, in addition to the individual configurations to implement the solution • Coordinated with developer and supervised work progress to ensure the creation of an effective and accurate product • Ensured positive relations between Avanade and Monaco Telecom (client) by carrying out several business trips
