Manage team of up to 10 employees. Responsible for Part 145 test cell engine engineering, test cell hard- and software support.

Engine performance calculation out of testcell run, troubleshooting support, testcell hard-/software support

Manage group of 4 employees. Responsible for BR710 production engine pass off test process incl. budget responsibility, focal point for external test cell modification and support.
