Plan and manage project objectives by reviewing project proposal and plans. Prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications. Accurate and complete drawings using CAD platforms such as Solidworks and AutoCAD. Design components, tools, fixtures and equipment. Assist in delivering successful projects with regards to customer satisfaction, schedule, time, and budget.

Main job duties and responsibilities: • Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems. • Assisting the Project manager by performing mechanical design draftsman duties. • Accurate and complete drawings using CAD platforms such as Solidworks and AutoCAD. • Act as liaison between engineering and workshop to foster closer working relationship. And provide guidance to industrial installation crews

I worked as a 3D Mechanical Design Engineer, combining the 2D drawing to prepare a 3D model and at the same time check whether all the parts fit perfectly during assembly. Prepare exploded 3D views and bill of materials for the technicians to assemble the prototype. Collaborate with the production and marketing department to promote the new machine. Finally, write a user manual giving all technical information. I worked extensively with Catia.

JetFox has been certified in full compliance with international standards for ultralight in France, Germany and Israel, thus demonstrating its superior build quality and acceptance. I worked with mechanical and production departments on design documents for manufacturing and certification process of a Single-engined tractor aircraft (JetFox97) using Catia.

Using the finite element software ANSYS determine thermal stress distribution and stress intensity factor values for two different bi-material systems containing edge crack normal to the interface. I formulated the problem by adopting superposition and uncoupled quasi-static thermoelasticity principles.

During this period I was exposed to the following: CAD drawing using CATIA, calculations and analysis of conceptual UAV design and manufacturing of prototype UAV.
