I provide end to end recruitment support to our Technology Consulting practice. This includes planning, managing and executing recruitment strategies to enable us to successfully source suitably talented and qualified employees - from Analyst/ Consulting to Director level, across a variety of specialisms.

I provided recruitment support to areas of the business such as Projects (PMO), Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Business Performance, Finance, Marketing, HR and Primary Services.

Lead a team of 6 assessors to interview, assess and select candidates for over 700 vacancies for bSkyb's new Sales and Service Contact Centre in Dublin. I also was responsible for building interview schedule plans to ensure headcount figures were met based on the ramp plan. We used assessment methods such as behavioural and competency based interviewing, role plays, group exercises, group discussions and presentations.
