- Working closely with assigned Recruiters to understand, support and deliver innovative resourcing / recruitment solutions - Strategic sourcing for active and passive prospects, taking ownership of the candidate research cycle and subsequent delivery of high caliber individuals to the lead recruiter - Providing a comprehensive support function to the Europe, Middle East and Africa Recruitment team and being involved in mapping and sourcing projects across EMEA - Network building - Market mapping

- Researching companies and sourcing candidates (top and middle management positions) - Job posting, phone interviews - Managing the communication with the candidates - Scheduling interviews, offering feedback - Preparing reports regarding the project’s status

- Source, interview, and screen candidates - Identify and utilize creative sources for recruiting qualified candidates, through a variety of means to include Internet, social media, advertising, professional organizations, etc. - Perform initial phone screens for candidates in order to identify and present three or more exceptional candidates per requisition - Manage all candidate activity and keep organized record of candidate communications
