- Project leader for Aero part tests with leading Aerospace partners (eg. Rolls Royce, Airbus) - Control, planning and execution of the assigned projects. Responsible for the timely, smooth, cost-effective and "best practice" implementation of assigned projects. - Working together with relevant stakeholders and specialists to ensure all projects are planned and carried out on time. - Providing technical assistance in FEM analysis, engineering design and calculation.

- Project for Lufthansa Technik; Case Repairs - Implementation of manufacturer specifications according to current technology; Welding, Thermal spraying Machining, Non destructive testing / inspection Measurement, Proposals for process improvements (new technology, VSM etc) - Project management; coordination with stakeholders (process engineers, shop floor etc) - Preparation of documentation for Case Repair in accordance with EASA Part 145; Job cards, Shop routers, Repair notes (approved data deviations)

- Key interface between customer and component suppliers to ensure on-time quality delivery - Standardization and regulation of new local processes by means of collaborating in the creation of Operating Instructions and Working Guides - Key position for the introduction of eConcessions for Rolls-Royce, this included training Rolls-Royce Chief Engineers in SAP and Forumpass for eConcessions

- Creating OTC’s (One Time Concession) for the v2500 series engines - Finding and solving problems within the V2500 Engine Manual - Case studies on typical OTC’s to implement into the Engine Manual - Regular consulation with the customer

A350 Winglet Optimisation - Modify model databases using Patran and Abaqus model files - Run analytical studies using Nastran and Abaqus, end extract results for each - Mesh and modify CAD files used in FEM analysis - Take part in engineering discussions and solving processes to overcome complex problems - Communicate regularly with the FACC manufacturing plant via telephone or in person to discuss scheduling and production issues

My roles whilst working for Rolls Royce Deutschland included but were not limited to; administration of the Repair Database, development of the Task Commitment Monitor, administration of repair program meetings, analyses of status reports and compilation of revision requests.
