Manage all requests regarding the firewall, backbone and switches i.e. permissions, security, mobile access (SSLVPN), Application filtering, log management, Get involved in case of a reported/suspected network problem, Configure routers, switches, firewalls, access points which are dominantly Cisco, Juniper, CP, Manage all network devices in internal network, Communicating with other companies / stations for resolving/assisting with network and firewall problems.

Providing network solutions for corporate customers, Implementing routing protocols and troubleshooting if there is any problem with those, Implementing and troubleshooting track configurations for customers who have back-up lines, Managing network devices in Superonline's networks and network devices owned by customer, Providing support for broadband, point to point, L2 and L3 lines (LL, G.SHDSL, Metro Ethernet, 3G, Satellite Modems, Radio Links)

First level technical support ( Cisco and Juniper Router, Switch Quintum and Audiocodes Media Gateway) Providing network solutions to the customers who have corporate accounts, Managing monitoring tools, Contacting with customers via e-mail or phone and providing simultaneous solutions, Providing support for broadband, point to point, L2 and L3 lines (LL, G.SHDSL, Metro Ethernet, 3G,Satellite Modems, Radio Links)
