My responsibilities : Design and Development of Aircraft Seat Review customer requirement and provide engineering solution Customer interaction and Technical co-ordination (i.e ITCM, PDR,CDR, CSI, FAI meeting) Technical Co-ordinate with different cross functional team.

· Providing Technical support to A318-A321 Qualification Program. · Technical co-ordination between Airbus and its suppliers. · Providing Engineering support to DLR design team. · Design support for Insight Mole, hammering tool. · Develop solar sail deployment unit (Gossamer). · Design/Develop Sail deployment mechanism (quick release) · Create 3D CAD model and 2D manufacturing drawing. · Vendor monitoring & Manufacturing follow up.

Design of optimized elevator for new Hawker business Jet. · Creation of CO/ECR/ECM and its follow up with Design Team & Manufacturing team. · Create/Review of 3D parametric model and 2D manufacturing drawings. · Design approval & quality check.

· Concept development. · Redesign of power drive unit & offset gearbox. · Design of Gear & Gear trains, mounting for gears, bearing and shaft for gearbox. · Design and development of Aerospace components/Product. · Creation of Parametric 3D model & 2D manufacturing drawing. · Responsible for engineering co-ordination and Quality check against customer standard. · Creation of CO/ECR/ECM and its follow up. · 9 months worked as a Design support engineer at USA (Colorado spring, Minnesota)

· Design support for German client, Siemens VDO Automotive-Power train Group. · Design and Development of Fuel supply unit. · Designed the Pre-Filter for Modular Unit & Tank unit module for MAHINDRA. · Conceptual design of Fuel supply module (Level sender unit) for Tata Indica (TATA –NANO). · Creation of Parametric 3D model & 2D drawing. · Conceptual design of Fuel supply module. · 6 months worked as a Design support engineer at Germany. · Developing A & B sample (Prototype).

· Concept development. · Detail Design/Development of high torque Gearbox. · Design of Gear & Gear trains, mounting for gears, bearing and shaft for high torque gearbox. · Creation of Parametric 3D model & 2D manufacturing drawing · Interacting with internal customer via weekly telecon. · Manufacturing follow-up and engineering co-ordination · Responsible for ECM creation & its manufacturing follow up. · Providing engineering support for manufacturing and assembly process.
