Responsibilities included creation of policy documents, RACI Matrix, organization structure and other process and technology documents.

Helped the client increase their store performance in various regions by measuring various metrics and using the same to create a healthy competition among its stores and employees. Responsibilities included: o Developing the high level and low level design document, requirements understanding and validation, developing ETL workflows using Datastage, creation of various reports using Microstrategy, minor enhancements and bug fixing.
