• Set up Central Procurement cell for Project procurement of material/services for execution of Engineering Procurement Construction ( EPC) Projects of Bulk Material Handling Systems & delivering 10 % saving over Target Costing for cost containment and revenue enhancements • Managing Floatation of enquiries for sealed tender, Conducting Techno commercial evaluation and price bid comparison, negotiation, contract finalization, Mgmt. approval of Comparative statement.

• Supervised procurement of MRO items (Indigenous & Import) . Import procurement from SMS Germany, LOI Germany, Nippon Steel Japan & sub vendor in USA, UK. • Delivered over INR 50 Lacs / US$ .07M annual cost benefits by Procurement activities/Indigenous development.

• Project planning & monitoring from MD’s office: Coordination with various functions & identifying gap between project plan & execution by reviewing project site progress to execute project within budgeted cost of INR. 2.1 billion & scheduled delivery time.

• Led cross-functional team for Total Operational Performance Program (McKinsey Model) to improve cost effectiveness, throughput & quality in Roll Grinding Shop & achieved INR 2 million Savings per year. • Total Productive Maintenance TPM implementation under JIPM consultant Guidance (Achieved Uptime up to 94 % in Electrolytic Tinplate Line and 91 % in Cold Rolling Mill).

• Planning, Scheduling, Implementation & monitoring of preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance in Cold Rolling Mill and accessories. • Spare planning & inventory management, Budget planning and control in Mechanical Maintenance of Cold Rolling Mill and accessories
