• Worked on Active Safety Systems such as ABS, ESC etc. for Ford Vehicles • Part of Research and Development team for integration of Electric Parking Brake control unit into ESC. • Development of ECU behavior models in Matlab/Simulink using dSPACE libraries. • Creation of virtual vehicle model, driving maneuver and simulation environment in CarSim for testing different brake functionalities on the HiL simulator (dSPACE: PHS and SCALEXIO).

• Automated and Manual testing of mobile phones against hands-free devices such as combi units and Navigators from BMW Motor bikes. • Bluetooth testing of head-set system (BMW helmets) and audio platforms. • Testing of offline and online GPS simulation (Navigation) maps in the Navigators.

• Test Automating Mobile Phones in the Vehicle. • Modeling of test and environment models based on UML Statecharts. • Testing individual control units at component / integration test stands. • Extensions and conversion of existing test setups.

Topic: Evaluating the performance benefit of Raw Data Fusion versus Object Data Fusion in Passive Safety • Analysis of the data obtained from 8 ultrasonic and 8 infrared sensors in real time environment. • Developing the test fusion algorithms for multi-sensor and multi-object tracking for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. • Analyzing and comparing the fused results obtained from raw data and object data which will be used in passive safety components. • Tools used: Matlab, Simulink

Teamcenter-Software Implementation using JAVA. Testing of CAD data parts and products using CATIA V5. Involved in CAD data and OrCad data migration to Teamcenter. Involved in the production rollout of production patch and Teamcenter upgrade (from 9 to 10) handling the user issues. Solving the issues involving CATIA V5 integration at the user end.
