Ensure that all commissioning activities are completed in safe, Efficient and cost effective way.

Operation and maintenance for 1320 MW coal fired power plant Utilities requirements as following Sea Water Pretreatment System (CW system, clarifiers, self-cleaning filters & UF system). Sea Water Reverse Osmosis System (SWRO). Demineralization System Potable Water System Waste Water Treatment System Sewage Treatment Plant Oil Water Separation System Tour the plant to check for abnormal situation and take a reading of the main parameters. Daily checkup for all rotating equipment

Constantly monitor the standard operating conditions and operation of the equipment to ensure production and quality is achieved as per established standards Planning and organizing production schedules. Manage Improvement Teams and Implementation Processes. Monitor raw material and all utilities, energy consumption and waste generation at the plant. Compare with the targets and identify the reason if gaps are found Support/lead process improvement projects.
