Part of a development team for a Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC) project at the company Sick AG with the following tasks: - Build up of prototypes and optomechanical parts of a 3D camera. - Calibration/Adjustment of optical elements for their use in camera prototypes, by means of the creation and/or adaptation of software (Matlab programs) and hardware (mechanical set-up). - Creation/Adaptation of CAD models for the fabrication of mechanical parts for camera prototypes.

Part of a Human-Robot Collaboration project at the company Sick AG: -TOF Sensor-Prototypes: build up, calibration and optic evaluation using Matlab. -Simulation/evaluation of laser safety performance of sensors using Matlab. -Set up of the test environment: the hardware part (construction of the technical set-up featuring a robotic arm controlled via Matlab and a PLC) as well as the programming part of the robotic arm routine and data post processing via Matlab.

Produktion, Prozesse und Systeme den Anforderungen entsprechend überwachen. Qualität- und Produktionsziele zu erreichen. Qualität und Produktion Optimierung.

3 Monate Praktikum im Werk Training um den komplette Produktionsprozess kennen zu lernen. Absolvierung von 3 Projekte (Produktion, R&D und Reifen Business) während eines 6-monatigen Aufenthalts in Hannover, DE. 1-monatiger Aufenthalt in Mexiko-Stadt für eine Marketing and Sales Einführung.

Vorschlag und Implementierung von elektrischen und mechanischen Verbesserungsprojekte für die Finale Fertigungsabteilung. Aufsicht vom Personal während der Ausführung von den obengenannten Projekten.

Supplier Development Praktikant. Qualitätskontrolle von neuen und bestehenden Lieferanten.

Messen und Testen von verschiedenen Bauteilen vom Produktionsband. Einbauen von Prototypventilen für die ABS- und ESP Systeme. Kontrolle für den Löt-Prozess (Temperaturprofil, Lötstelle Kontrolle, u.a.).
