•Managing Sales & Operations Department EMEA & APAC •Sales Effectiveness Management •Drawing up sales strategy •Hiring and coaching the sales team •Create and execute strategies to achieve business objectives •Create and achieve annual sales targets for new and existing accounts •Forecast and monitor success via key performance indicators KPI´s •Manage full sales cycles from quoting, to negotiating terms and conditions, to closing •Follow up on pipelines for business expansion

Managing sales & operation around EMEA region

- Organise and lead the transition of Back Office activities from local business units across Europe, Asia and the Americas to the regional Finance Shared Service Centres (FSSC). - Recognize and report changes or suggested improvements to the local ERP system to enable or enhance transition to FSSC. - Execute assigned tasks within the transition plan and breakdown tasks into detailed list of actions as needed. - Provide input for risk assessment, and prepare proposal to mitigate risks.
