Senior full stack developer with 15+ years experience, mostly in C#, .NET and Javascript, but I am open to work with other languages and technologies. After working on multiple software projects with TDD, each with their successes and pitfalls, I have learned what works and what doesn't. And I want to put this experience to use and help other teams avoid these pitfalls and build a strong test-driven development strategy. A test suite that provides developers the rapid feedback loop which allows them to incrementally come up with maintainable code with few defects. I always focus on deeply understanding business processes and language to integrate that knowledge in the code as much as possible (Domain Driven Design). I like code that is natural to read, without technical clutter. I believe in leveraging the principles of agile to manage the inherent uncertainty around software projects, but I am not religious about any one particular agile framework.
