Provide Drilling Engineering support for existing and upcoming Non-operated drilling projects based in North Africa. Monitor performance. Ensure that issues are recorded, tracked and progressed in a timely manner. Develop and evaluate methods for saving time and costs through post well analysis to determine areas for improvement. Provide Drilling Engineering support to the supply chain team in regards to tender preparation, evaluation, award existing and new drilling contracts.

Prepare detailed drilling prognosis along with cost estimate which include: casing design, mud program, directional plan, Cement & Bits. Support rig operations, Monitor performance, Plan contingencies. Working with logistic team to ensure appropriate equipment schedule. Post job analysis and recording lesson learned and NPT. Prepare Peer review (s) - Risk assessment (s) and Pre-spud meeting (s). Conduct of audits for tendering process. Advice ways of reducing well costs.

Supervising drilling, completion and testing operations for exploratory gas wells over rigs ranging from 1500-3000HP. Supervise drilling vertical & deviated and highly deviated wells, fishing, milling, coring, DST programs, and P & A programs. Writing daily drilling reports, prepare cost sheets and Look Ahead sheets and daily work instruction using different software as DIMS and PKB

Rig site Engineer/ Office- Planning engineer on rotation basis. Night drilling supervisor on off-shore jack up rig.
