- Monitor, measure operational issues and all report to the operations manager. -Schedule, organize of the (daily, weekly, monthly) operations tasks. -Coordinate with municipality concern staff to ensure enforcement of environmental protection rules and regulations. -Continuous visits to Customers to insure their satisfaction or otherwise of the services provided to them. -Submit weekly Quality reports and Data analysis to the operations manager.

The Organization’s Media Office represents the connection tool among the society’s different sectors in addition to the private sector. For this objects the office Coordinator always endeavors to be in contact with all media specialists in this field at its various sections and subsections, including press Radio, Satellites and Land Channels as well as all elements of the Sudanese society.

- Participate and Supervise in the operation and maintenance of water Supply and Treatment facility. -Ensure provision of the plant with sufficient quantity of high quality of water, for all plants activates, complying with the international standards. - Evaluating and directing crews; participating in the reporting and maintenance of water plant grounds, buildings, facilities and operational equipment; and taking various readings and measurements.

- Health and Safety environment representative, employees guide on legal duties and assessment of risks associated with work and workplace. - Improvement of understanding levels of work and its impact on health and safe environment. - Establishment and Management; of work risks systems. - Take action to reduce risks, check and review the shift-work precautions arrangements regularly.
