 Complete Project planning  In charge of setting up the work plan for labor on site.  Progress reporting for top management.  Offer engineering solution and advice to problems or recommendations.  Technical support (Production orders).  Responsible for Financial issues regarding the project (cash flow, cost monitoring ...etc).
