Over several years, I have successfully managed multi-national software roll-out and hardware installation projects for top Fortune 500 companies in varied industries. My experience leading cross functional project teams with diverse cultural backgrounds enables me to bring people together, create acceptance to change and deliver results with an enterprise-first mindset. From managing a single project site to project teams across 11 countries, it is clear to me that leading with emotional intelligence and building a resilient team is key to the success of any organization. Whilst running these pan-European projects, I have acquired an MBA in International Management and achieved certification as a PRINCE2 and SAFe Practitioner. Thanks to my multiple studies in engineering, I have keen interest on technical topics. It also enables me to understand details, simplify the complexity and drive my team to work on technical topics with ease.
