• Dispatch Concrete Towers via Road to various sites; • Ensure the Consignments must be unloaded before 48 hrs to avoid detention at Sites; • Generating MIS-Reports; • Coordinate with the Marketing/Sales Dept for new Orders; • Log sheet duly filled in SAP; • Generate Delivery Challan & Sales Tax forms ; • Coordinating with Vendors; • Ensuring Vendor Bill Clearance on time; • Responsible for sending Provisions at every Quarter end ensuring to achieve the Target in the given Budget;

• Getting Draft from the Exporters and sending them to the assigned Liners; • Providing Invoice, Packing List & other docs required for Export from the Shipper to the Clearing Agent / CHA; • Liaisoning with the Clearing Agent/CHA for Shipping Bill; • To Ensure the SOB Confirmation; • Coordinating with Liners for Bill of Lading; • Responsible for providing all Pre & Post Shipment docs to the Exporter;

• Generate Business by making Business relations with the Director’s of the SME like Pvt. Ltd. Companies/ Partnership Firms/ Proprietors in Mumbai & Providing Business Loans;
